It's been forever since an official update.
Insect Shrine is incredibly late. Obviously. It was down to just waiting for artwork to be completed when a minor household disaster struck: Details here.
A couple of people have gone for the "lifetime subscription" offer (mainly a deal for people interested in the metal mag) so things aren't as dire as they were, but until the computer money is settled, everything is on hold. When that is taken care of, Insect Shrine will print immediately with whatever artwork is ready at the time.
There is another RPG project in the works - for supers gaming - but details on that will be released when the darn thing is done. Never make the same mistake twice. But there is a chance (due to much smaller production costs - the plan is for it to be a short booklet with no art) that this could be released before Insect Shrine, and if that is the case then everybody who pre-ordered Insect Shrine will receive this as an "I'm an idiot" freebie and good-faith offering that the module will indeed be coming out.
So, yeah. That's the State of the LotFP Union. Next time you hear from me it should be a happy and productive and "stuff in your mailbox soon!" update.
