Using photo for artwork

I'm using this photo for an artwork and think it would be rightful to ask the photographer for permission but the website I got it from doesn't seem to exist anymore. Does any of you happen to know who took it? It'd help a lot, thanks.

Wow, thanks for the quick reply. I'm making (actually, I've just finished 1 hr ago) a screenprint of the photo and plan to give it to the band when they come over. Here's a pic of what it looks like

If I don't need to ask then never mind ^^

(although I have an impression that it's one of ufomagnet's photos. If it is then I hope you don't mind??)

Thanks, it was taken at the CloseUp Festival in Stockholm back in april 2006, and they used other photos from the same gig in the Ghost Reveries SE booklet. Don't think the lads have played a full set in Sweden since, only festival gigs
