Using VST Instruments in Cubase 4 (OSX)

Ok I'm new to using VST instruments in any DAW. First off, I have cubase 4, and Grand 2 installed. The Grand 2 is installed in my apps folder along with all of its contents. How do I get Cubase to read this? I open Cubase and It doesnt show Grand 2 in the VST Instruments scroll down list. Do I have to install the VSTI to a folder inside of cubase?

just look up Cubase 4 's tutorial on the steinberg site....you will find your answer there

The VST is in a folder that cubase is reading but still no sign of it in the instrument list. Pretty weird. I even checked with the cubase site and everything is perfect. ahhhh
