Well, USPS raised international rates again by 7%.
I am in the process of setting up an item listing in the store when you can order any in print title to ship without cases. It will start if you want to order 3 or more items. When shipping 2 cased items it really doesn't do much, so that is why we are starting with 3 items and moving upward from there.
