The lyrics for this song are really cool.I never noticed until a few weeks ago, I was bored in class and found my Sanctuary booklet in my binder.I started reading through the lyrics, laughed at "the Third War", then at "Veil Of Disguise" I was pretty surprised at the coolness of the song.A very different style than what Warrel writes now.

anyway...uhhh, yeah

Good Pick!!
Yeah but I really like that tune both for that opening acoustic part and Warrel's vocal performance. I'd really like to hear that one live assuming Wally could still do that one live :D

He doesn't write differently these days...

the only thing different is that he used to write fiction style lyrics (battle angels..... ), and now he uses life...

He always did the politics and drugs thing... like in future tense and one more murder, and LongSinceDarkLSD

do you know it's a song about pharaoh Tutancammon? (don't know how it's spelled in Engl., in Cro. it's Tutankamon) my fav. song from Sanct. I would say.

This is what I always thought the song was about as well.
"Dreams can set me free for awhile...."

"the boy pharoah's curse..."

the poor bastard got killed, being way too young and way too ill, but set for a god on earth, and being so young and in the way, well... well, he fucked up those who touched his resting place. :)
