Do you think their tank is empty? I didn't care for Metal Black myself... So unless I get a review copy of this I won't be going out of my way to track down a copy...

I don't expect too much either, but I'm going to have a listen anyway. Metal Black wasn't that special, not bad, but certainly not worthy comparing to the early Venom stuff. I used to like them in their ealy days, together with early Bathory and Hellhammer/Frost the only Black Metal I really liked.

Metal black was avarage album so I´m not expecting anything.
But I would like to see them live one more time.

I liked "Metal Black", it´s a raw thrash album and I think it´s akin enough to their classic material. Of course I won't buy the album until I listen to the download first.

I tried too many times, and never will like it, simply can't stand the vocals. With a bit of destortion I can do that, you can do that, everyone can do that ! ... There are some BM bands that have decent, to very good music, but when the vocalists open their throats I just can get myselve to listening to it more than a few minutes. Also (imho off course) 90% of Black Metal bands have completely worthless music. All of this is just a personal opinion, won't discuss it as it could end up in word fight. We don't need that over here

I hated Metal black after being a HUGE venom fan for many years, but the melody of songs from Hell is more than promising, they sound amazing!

I tried too many times, and never will like it, simply can't stand the vocals. With a bit of destortion I can do that, you can do that, everyone can do that ! ... I did like "Metal Black", and judging for what I'm listening to (thanks for the link Gert) "Hell" is promising too.

Phew, hard to name all, all from different styles in the BM / DM genre I think; just to name a few; Satyricon, Vader, Opeth, Emperor, Novembers Doom, Burzum, Dissection, Carcass, Orphaned Land, Entombed, Nile, Cradle of Filth, Canibal Corpse, Kaliban, Obituary, Amon amarth,Immortal, Arch Enemy .... and much more. None of them could grab my attention. Hawk now and than offers me stuff, but I just can't get into it becouse of the harsh vocals...
