Max although I do agree that what makes a PHILLY is the Whiz. I did not have any Whiz in the house this morning and honestly cooking with WHIZ isn't all that grand as it burns very fast. So I had to make a substitution for Kraft American "chesse food"
Basic Ingredients:
Eggs
Pico De Gallo
Bacon
Leftover Steak
Paramsan Cheese
Kraft American Singles
Shredded Mozzarella
Onions
Butter
Saute Onions and Pico in Butter
Scramble 4 Eggs
Whisk in Parmesan and Crushed Bacon
Add Egg Mixture To Qnions and Pico
Once eggs get slightly firm add cheeses
Cook until cheese begins to melt
Once cheese begins to melt add steak and mix until cheese is completely melted
And here is the completed meal - Mexi-Philly Steak Scramble!
