Having followed the guy's career in college to the NFL, which as it turned out he was drafted by my favorite NFL team, the guy was exciting to watch. Seemed like he would be good role model for the youngsters (at the time). I saw a kink in the armor last season when he melted down and flipped off the fans at his home stadium... in the offseason he was suspected to have tried to carry a protable bong onto a plane...I think it's safe to say that something else was brewing but in no way could anyone have imagined dog fighting. It's hard to say how long he should be locked up for, seems like this is part of the culture that he comes from, not be excused of course, but if you think for a minute that he's the only one, you're sadly mistaken. I'm sure there are many others, but also part of the culture is this "stop snitching" saying, which these people live by. I'm actually suprised that he hasn't been banned for life from the NFL, not for the killing of these dogs, but for the gambling that he took part in. I'm sure that's on the horizon. I never understood people and dogs myself. I know they are loyal animals... Just not my thing I guess?
