wow. so i FINALLY saw this movie and... wow. the ending kinds pissed me off but otherwise... damn, i loved that movie.

Cronenberg rocks! I was a little kid when I saw that for the first time and just went ( in little kid terms ) WTF????
I love movies that as I get older I can go back and watch and pick up more and more of.

I need a gun that shoots cancer. I've got a list ya know.

ExistenZ is also a really great film. Just the bio-computer things going on are freaky enough.

Honestly, Cronenberg made all his other movies seem like piles of shit after doing A History Of Violence and Eastern Promises. One of those rare people that has gotten BETTER with time.

Yeha, Dead zone isn't high on my list, So many others ( the Fly ) come long before that.

If it wasn't for Walken, I don't think I would have enjoyed Dead Zone so much, he makes the movie.

Now Dead Ringers, that is most excellent.


edit: and speaking of 80's Cronenberg... SCANNERS. The movie is potentially so incredible but the acting just sucks so much, it really hinders it. I'm sure we'll get a remake some day! erk:?)
