I was always wondering about the running because that was when I started listening to metal (Kreator - Terrible Certainty and such thrash). All the guys would just be sprinting around. From the lowliest rhythm guitarist all the way to Kirk Hammett. I remember being frustrated back then because I was like 14 and didn't manage to run and play "Shortest Straw" - at least not simultaneously ...
