Video Games?

Any of you guys into them? I got a playstation & my oldest boy got a game cube for his B-Day last night. Any recommendations? I got big mother truckers, that damn game is a kick in the ass. I love football, so I figure I will get the Madden 2004. Anything you guys would recommend?

I always liked the NBA Live games, I love the Shane Warne Cricket game haha (but I doubt you would sell it in America since you don't play cricket and probably have no idea who Shane Warne is) and I love the Grand Theft Auto games, they kick ass!

I have an Xbox and will get a Gamecube since my g/f loves the Mario games. I'm more into the shooters(Castle Wolfenstein, Serious Sam, Halo, Medal Of Honor), though. I love running around and blowing stuff up. Racing games are pretty cool too.

I Have a major thing for wrestling games I love em and I can destroy just about anybody playing em I just played the shit out of the new smackdown game its pretty fukin cool

And yes the Grand Theft Auto games are great Vice city in particular VRock is awsome

I'm huge gaming nerd. The GTA games are great indeed! Role Playing games are my favorite. Pick up Final Fantasy X!

the resident evil games are cool when its dark and theres a storm on-the atmosphere is great.but if you want a game where you can get a hooker in your car,bang her,pay her,then get her out and beat her to death with a baseball bat and take your money back,then vice city is for you!

Definitely get Gran Turismo 3. It is a racing game. I'm not really even a fan of racing games, but this one is hard as fuck !!

Don't overlook the Mario games either. Though they have the "cute" characters for kids and stuff, Mario Golf and Tennis (64) Mario Cart etc. are great to play with friends.

For gamecube, definately pick up Mario Kart Double! Dash! and a few extra controllers. The multiplayer is fun as hell.

Hit and run is a pretty good game. It's probably the best Simpsons game ever released. It's kinda like GTA because you can roam Springfield and mission based gameplay.

Then get a gamecube for yourself, Metroid Prime is the best fps since Half-Life easily.

I love the Resident Evil games too! I also have the Grand Theft Auto games, there really cool :Smokin:

I wanted to dump the N64, but there are a few good games for that one.
I have an old Sega Genesis that's just collecting dust, got Playstation, and the Game Cube. I would go for a Playstation 2, but they will have the P3 out next summer... I kinda liked it when there was only Atari. Now that's oldschool! There's just too much shit out there. Gameboy Advance? Gameboy Color? Now this Gameboy SP?!

Don't get rid of that N64. Mario Tennis, Mario Golf, and Mario Cart might have the "cute" characters and stuff, but they are great games to play with your friends. They suck in one-player mode, but they are easy to play and hard to master and will get those competitive juices going in multi-player. I only wish they had a Mario football !!

been playing a lot of pc games lately,mainly the rpg kind of ones like baldurs gate and icewind dale.lots of friends of mine have been playing neverwinter nights over the net,and they say its great.depends if you like that kind of stuff i guess.it is VERY time consuming if you start it though.
