Talking about good unknown finnish bands
Before The Dawn sound pretty good. For now i only heard the samples on their site but I can't wait for the new CD and to see them on stage here on Feb 23rd
Drowned In Life are ok but they remind me a bit too much of Entwine... I mean it's ok but they should try to find their own style. That's what I like about all those finnish bands. They all have this depressed kind but their style is different. Comparing Entwine, To/Die/For, Charon, Before The Dawn.. they all have this finnish melancholy in their music but still they don't sound the same. All the frontmen have their own characteristic voice and the style of the music is different I just call it Finnish Metal

Oh, that's a shame, cos the sound of that one is waaaayyyy to soft. Their later releases are HEAVY as fuck. Take their version from Refuse/Resist or Fight Fire With Fire for example

And about the quality, in this case: yes. The album that you heard is well played and stuff but sounds very incomplete, compared to their other stuff. I you have the opportunity you can always download something eh
