VIO-LENCE: Limited-Edition Single On Sale
A limited-edition 7" single containing three demo tracks from the classic San Francisco thrashers VIO-LENCE (featuring current MACHINE HEAD guitarist Phil Demmel) has been made available for sale via the band's official web site, [url]www.vio-lence.com[/url] (check the forum section).
The track listing for the single is as follows:
Side A:
01. Paraplegic (1986 demo)
02. Breed Like Rats (1993 demo)
Side B:
03. Kill On Command (1986 demo)
The single, which has been signed by some of the bandmembers, is available on colored vinyl (red, white, blue, green and swirl mix of red/white/blue) in a limited edition of 1,000 (500 of which is being sold by the band themselves). The cost is $15.00, including shipping.
VIO-LENCE, who officially reformed in 2001 following their appearance at the "Thrash of the Titans" benefit concert, released three full-length albums in the late '80s/early '90s with a lineup that included Demmel and MACHINE HEAD mainman Robert Flynn (note: Flynn does **not** appear on any of the above-listed demo recordings).
