Anyone here using the Ground Control with his Guitar Rig?

--

Using the Behringer FCB1010 for about 8 years and it did a great job.
But after years of live abusing it's time for something new.

I don't need an exp. Pedal (got a Boss FLV), so something like the GCP would be nice.

The only thing I didn't know if it has at least the same features as the FCB1010 (Uno Software). For example: Send 1 CC with 0 & 127 with every tap on the switch but only one PC. This is important to tap the tempo on my GT-Pro.

Don't want to spend a lot of money (used about 350€ in Europe) and have a lot of hassle getting things to work.

The other thing I didn't know:
I've got 8 switches + 4 Presets.
I don't like stompbox mode. For every Sound I need, I have a patch in the Boss.

Is it possible to use all 12 Switches the same way?
Or use 10 of them and the other 2 as a tap tempo for example.

A lot of question, but I don't know where to ask

Cheers, Markus.

A bit, but it's only available in english.
I wasn't 100% percent sure if everything works like I think.
So I thought it's better to ask a few guys who are using this thing.

It's not about being lazy. Just to get sure, I'm buying the right thing.

Cheers, Markus.

gsc2/gsc3 is a nice pedal, but I think it doesn't fit my rig that much.
I have everthing in my rack. 5150, Wireless + Tuner.
So the the 6 Loops are useless to me, cause I don't want to lay out signal out of my rack.

To bring it to the point: :p
Functionality of the Behringer (uno firmware) - the crappy expression pedals, better housing & the preset display would be nice.
But I think something like this is not available or too expensive.
A 1000$ MidiController doesn't make sense to me. :yell:

Cheers, Markus.

I have one.

Yes... you can have 10 program changes, or 4 program changes and eight instant access switches. I have no idea about tap tempo. Never used it.
