Voyager Question

So I was just rewatching the lineup videos, and in the first one when voyager is announced it says US Exclusive. Now I recall a thread that Jenn made that gave a break down of Exclusives etc though I cant find it, but in it I recall that Voyager wasnt marked as an exclusive.

So which is it? Not that it would make a difference really to me since if they are doing other tour dates, Kansas definitely wont be one of them.
