Who is going to Wacken this year? Myself and our usual horde of Belgian rednecks will be going again this year.


Also for all the troopers in the fields of Flanders and our brothers in neighbouring Holland, Frankrijk and Duitsland, who is going to Vlamrock on Augustus 26, in As? Come support the Belgian metal scene and our many rising bands. Line up right now is Emeth (death metal - see them on tour in Canada in Crushing Ontario Tour 2007 in June http://www.emeth.be/ , Herfst (Nekromantic black metal) http://users.pandora.be/arneriach/herfst/site.html, Gorath (Black Metal) http://users.fulladsl.be/spb8833/site_gorath/home.htm, Born from Pain (Hardcore) http://www.bornfrompain.com/, The dying (Metalcore, full album free download on site) http://www.the-dying.com/, Leng'tche (true Belgian ninja grindcore) http://www.razorgrind.com/ + more to be announced. A very awesome line-up with a good mix of black metal, death and grind.

ill try to come to wacken this year, along with a friend of mine. might have others who will meet us there. Still to be confirmed though
 
My tickets for Wacken (3 of them, I'm bringing two friends) were shipped just Friday. Definitely going. A friend of mine from Flint, Michigan will also be coming.

Vlamrock looks intriguing too, and it's pretty close to the border, so getting there by public transport (I lack a car D: ) shouldn't be too much of a problem. I might just be going there as well.
 
Me and 5 of my friends from ireland, plus my girlfriend are all going to wacken. And i cant wait... WHAT a lineup!!!! :D

Fuck UK festivals, too many scumbag kids and they're well overpriced. I can get a return flight to Germany and Wacken tickets with what it costs to get a Download ticket and a train to Donnington. lol :puke:

They did and they made him drink this 'warm red wine' stuff which got him utterly hammered. He then missed Zyklon the next morning as he was corpsed in his tent until 14:30 lol
