WatchTower's Energetic Disassembly on CD

How rare or what have you is this, and how many issues of it were there? I know the original vinyl is a pretty penny and that Tower stuff in general is hard to find, but I almost never hear anything about the CD release of ED..

I have a copy on CD and was just wondering it's overall worth and availability (not that I'm selling it!).

There's a few of those floating around, dunno where they came from tho. I see 'em on ebay every now and then. They usually go for around $10
