I dont know man... if you have a studio and need basic solid, yet very good plugins to get you started and gets the job done for years to come, this would be a good idea to get..

Only weak link i see is that waves GTR simulator... sounded like shite the couple of times i heard it.

It IS expensive as hell, i agree... but these are really good and solid plugins that are todays studio standard... if i'd open up a studio, this would be a pack i would consider to get for the studio.

Ok this plugins are amazing no question about that,

BUT

The plugins of univeral audio are also amazing and didnt cost so much.
The problem of the UAD is not the question here.

And alot of people say that the sony oxford are the best to get.

So I dont understand why this fu```waves plugins cost so god damn much
7500 native!!! and 20 000 tdm thats sick.

For this money you can get the original hardware

I think 2000 for the older and 4000 for the very new one would be another cup of tea

Sony Plugins are expensive yes, but there's not many of them, while with the Waves pack, look at the quantity of plugins you get...

sorry but it´s quit a lot money

and who needs all the wave plugins? the doubler in cubase 4 is much better then the waves for example.
The eq in cubase 4 is also better then the wavs q8 in my opinion.
There are couple of plugins which are better then the maximizer i´ve heard...

and i think it´s sucks that you dont can create your own bundle of plugins. Like with the UAD or the oxford

I've seen most of these plugins for mac. also i've found a lot of FREE plug ins that are about as good as the waves.
