It's apart of thier spring cleaning sale so I'm guessing it will be a semi crappy plugin for a sub $50 price.

I can't wait. I've always wanted a $150 center panner/spectrum analyzer from 1996!! 
All kidding aside though, I bought the C4 compressor and the Kramer Tape plugins for about $25 each last time they did something like this, and I use both pretty frequently.

I've never been a Waves fan =(
IMO, metric halo smashes the SSL bundle
UAD smashes waves API
But they have nice sounding ones like The Bass and the vocal riders, CLA comps and thats it. Q10 is nice to cut frequencies. MaxBass is useful.
Tried the Schepps EQ, didn't like at all. Sounds like plastic, IMHO.
That being said, I'll wait the release and mix with the plugin. Lets see... I bet on something Slate will replace too.

Yeah, bass rider, cla comps, Q10 and C4 are tools I use often. Also De-breath is a very useful plugin imo. In metal there is not much use for it, but when you have a singer that breathes as loud as she/he sings this thing is gold!
I also use the super tap delay. Got most of the stuff when it was on sale.
I wonder what they will sell cheap in a few days.
