Today was a new day for me. It's the first time I've ever had a grilled cheese sandwich WITH BACON on it! Damn it ruled.

the most adventure I've had with grilled cheese (outside of just having 4 different cheeses) is adding on a tomato slice. But bacon grilled cheese?! I will conquer this food this weekend, and report back.
