We have a chick on this board

Speaking of female AE's (granted, not in metal in this case), I remember reading about a female mastering engineer based in NYC named Emily Lazar (who just happened to be pretty damn foxy, btw). Now I've also recently become aware of some goth-rock band based in NYC fronted by a chick also named Emily Lazar - here's the .pdf brochure of the first's mastering house (scroll to the second page), here's the myspace of the second's band - I really hope they're not the same, talk about an alter ego! :ill:

I'm pretty sure I learned once that females' ears have a slightly different frequency response than males do, more sensitive somehow if I remember correctly. Not surprising, since they're more sensitive about everything else as well!
