When i import a file in drumagog, kick, snare, tom, whatever... i always let it automatically play with the little windows player when i choose samples. not only can i hear it before importing it, i have noticed this:
I listen to the sample before i import it in drumagog right? well, it sounds good there.. wide, stereo... just like it should sound... however, once i have imported it in drumagog, i notice loss in quality... less stereo, just sounds worse then the original sample/wav file i want to import... so im guessing it's a setting in drumagog or my host that makes this wav file sounds worse then it should.
anyone? any idea? ever had this before? it's not a HUGE quality loss, but we all know the smallest things make a difference sometimes when recording and mixing...
Thanks in advance!
