Andrew G was interviewing 2 guys from Cypris Hill. It was live on Bent Street, and there were questions from the audience and shit.
Anywho, they were answering this question, and then the guy from CH says "Hey, I went to school with that dude" at a guy who was just walking past on the street. It turned out to be Dave Lombardo from Slayer, so Andrew Gee called him over and interviewed him as well. Lombardo was just walking past and thought he'd check out why the crowd had gathered. It was for Cypris.
How weird is that?? They talked about how the first gig that the guy from CH ever saw was when the band that turned into Slayer played a mini set during lunch break at school
Then Dave just took off, and Andrew G was like..... 'What the fuck?"
Even though I havnt heard Slayer, and dont like CH... It was cool.
