There is always someone better than you, someone who is a better musician. Look at this positive and like it's godsend really examining the people you try out taking your band to a whole nothing level. Things like this do not happen as bad or to be used against you, and those people don't deserve to be in your band.

You probably know that and i'm not lexturing you. Someone is out there ten times better than the gutiarist you fired that probably really wants to be in a band. This could be a start of things to come.

You guys could get signed to a good label or something just because maybe someone in the band prevented it and they're gone. Just because someone is a friend it does not mean they are the best fish in the sea.

I fail to see how anything you just told me was useful, maybe if i was sitting here begging to let me back in and i needed to be smacked back down to earth on the deal.. but its not like that at all. Bill added a great sound to the band with his guitar work, and i look forward to seeing what else they come up with.

Good to see that everyone's cool about it. I still hang out with a lot of ex-Division members. (Trust me, there are a LOT of ex-Division members. )
