What album would you like to see performed in it's entirety at ProgPower?

Great choices!

As for mine (in addition to many others already proferred):

Orphaned Land, "Mabool" (though we did get half of it at VI)
Into Eternity, "The Scattering Of Ashes"
Thy Majestie, "Hastings 1066"
Maiden, "A Matter of " -- oh, never mind!

Now here is one from way left field how about TOMORROW'S EVE "Mirror's of Creation 1 and 2". Any takers. I love those two albumns and the band is awesome.

Well, hell I would just settle for Iced Earth "Alive in Athens" with barlow fronting the band again instead of Owens for one whole damn night at PPVIII playing every song from that incredible 3 cd set.

BLACK SABBATH - HEAVEN AND HELL
John Arch - A Twist of Fate
Fates Warning - Awaken the Guardian

"A Twist of Fate" is only about 30 minutes of music, so they'd have to do both of these to make up a full set. I suppose that would be OK. :)

Here’s my list. I decided not to let reality (travel expenses, no-reapeat rule, etc.) get in the way of a good discussion...

Ayreon – The Human Equation
Shadow Gallery – Tyranny and Room V back to back
TSO – Beethoven’s Last Night (side note: Does Center Stage allow pyro? :heh: )
Symphony X – V
Dream Theater – Images and Words
Savatage – Dead Winter Dead
Fates Warning – No Exit
Van Helsing’s Curse – Occulus Infernum
Nikolo Kotzev’s Nostradamus
Beyond Twilight – For Love and the art of The Making (and since Michael & Truls will be needed to do backing vocals, might as well book Circus Maximus as well).
Pyramaze – Legend of the Bone Carver

Superior - Ultima Ratio..........

I can't believe there's not more love for this album out there. It rivaled Operation Mindcrime in it's storytelling and song structures.......fantastic album.
If I could see THAT in it's entirely, that would be worth the price of admission alone.

ANDDD, Glenn if you're reading this.....it's doable!

I concur with Ultima Ratio, but I 'grew up' with Superior's behind CD and frankly, that album helped set me firmly on course for prog metal back in the early-mid 90's. Easily one of my Top 10 desert-island discs.

Say, I thought of another album I'd like to see in its entirety at PP: Therion, The Celebrators of Becoming. Both discs. Including "The Wild Hunt" this time. :kickass:

Keeping it to just concept albums, though the thread seems to have drifted a bit:

Blind Guardian - Nightfall in Middle Earth (big production with orchestra and choir would rule)

Symphony X - V

Iced Earth - The Dark Saga

Kamelot - Epica

Operation Mindcrime and Scenes from a Memory would be on the list except that I've already seen them.
