What amps were used to record Blooddrunk ?

In COBTV can be seen a Marshall 2203 Kerry King head and a really weird an big head amongst many other things, but seeing he's been using the K. King head live since the recording it's probable that he did record the albumk with it (he liked the tone and kept it for live cold be a theory).

The Krank Revolution seems to have been exclusively used in GH recordings.

Anyway, I supose Ben's theory is bound to be the most accurate.

I have also noticed Boss SD-1 popping in on some videos (GH,Passage to the reaper...dont remember if it was on COBTV 2 though)

It is a custom amplifier, from Smooth Amplification. Its a finnish company.

Hi all,

I made that Smooth Amplification UL-100A amp and it was just a prototype for testing purposes. The old version had three channels with 9 small tubes (like 12at7, 12ax7, 12BH7, 6CG7) and the output section with 2xKT88 was based on a modified Marshall Major.

Here's a short clip for testing cab impulses/models...

What did they use at Astoria? I saw the KK JCM800 but didn't see another amp. I'm guessing Roope was on the 800 and Alexi was using his lee jackson?
