Going to see them Saturday for the first time since CBGB's in 2005, when I stumbled upon them playing and thought to myself "HOLY SHIT!!! These guys are sick!!"

I've never really met anyone else who listens to them either.

Fuck yes dude, The Absence is downright sick! I found out about them a few months ago and had the similar "HOLY SHIT!!!" experience. I missed them when they came to San Francisco with Black Dahlia Murder, wish I could have went.

They put on a hell of a show in NYC, so I'm hoping the one on Saturday is just as good.
