What are you listnening to? (#2435798367)

Morbid Angel - Heretic. After buying it during the week of its release... and shelving it after the first listen, it's getting its second try. I must say, it's better today than yesterday. Not bad when i let go of my distaste for the production... which is also growing on me. It's good and raw.

Arsis - A Celebration of Guilt. Another revisit after a long break. It's kicking my ass like it did on day 1. I need to catch up on the rest of their discography.

Grip Inc. - Inc. I love Lombardo's post-slayer drumming.

I'm on a Maiden kick recently (thanks Mike). It's that and Lowen & Navarro and of course stuff to work on for the JWP gig tomorrow night at Happy Endings! (see myspace.com/justwannaplay for details)

Ooh! Ooh! Can I play?? *giggles*

I'm going to talk to the more techie-type DJ's at the Cape and see if I can try to interview y'all for one of my shows...

If that doesn't work, then I'll just hit y'all up on IM's and then do all the different voices... <.< >.>

Hopefully, I'll be able to do my show tonight (3am-7am). Y'all are going to be featured--3 song set. I know I've had a few people ping me about ya, so--YAY!

Ok, I'll stop babbling now...

Oh...and I'm listening to Iron Maiden at the moment....

Reba - any reba song on the radio. she's an awesome vocalist.

Willie Nelson - just bought a box set. 2 of the 3 cd's kinda suck b/c of too much 'band' action going on. but the one cd that is all him and his guitar is just pure gold. hard to beat a great acoustic guitar song, with awesome vocal melody from a genuine working-man's voice, and great lyrics...

yeeehaw

Iced Earth - Framing Armageddon. It's growing on me.

The entire Machine Men catalog. These guys rock mightily.

Blotted Science - The Machinations of Dementia. This is, to put it mildly, completely insane. Jarzombek > *.

Blotted Science -- Killer stuff
Mekong Delta - Lurking Fear -- Finally a new release from my favorite band!!!!
Riverside - Rapid Eye Movement -- Awesome stuff!!!!

These days I am listening mainly to

Katagory V - Hymns of Dissension
Pagan's Mind - Gods of Equation
Steel Assassin - War of the Eight Saints

Sieges Even - Paramount (One helluva prog rock disk!!!!)
Mekong Delta - Lurking Fear (Still)
Life Artist - A Diary of Inner Visions (Excellent obscure gem....)
Jester's March - Beyond (Like a thrashier House of Spirits)

Rock Band

No, seriously...

For the last...2+ hours I have had to hear it coming from the lounge that's 2 offices away.
different groups of people, SAME freaking wheezer song.. over and over...

At least no one has tried to sing...

Personally, though I'll prefer my current obsession with Therion; namely Gothic Kabbalah, Thieli and Secret of the Runes i think is in the current mix (Along with Division & The Love Crave).

Scuse me whilst I hide as they keep trying to get me to sing o.O
