Edit: I meant last year. Fuck, I'm still writing 07 on everything that needs to be dated :lol:.

Only 2 albums I payed attention to were the new Circus Maximus and Pagan's Mind (Both of which were pretty fucking good). What did I miss?

Bonus points for 2006 Prog albums I missed. Only one I remember listening to is Zero Hour's awesome release.

I'm gonna say you probably missed a lot of arpeggios and keyboards.
As opposed to Black Metal and Death Metal where you would have missed a ton of blast beats and unintelligible screaming?:heh:

As for Prog Metal, my top five Prog CDs would include the aforementioned Circus Maximus and Pagan's Mind, along with the latest by Riverside and Symphony X. And of course, my #1 CD of 2007, Redemption's "Origins of Ruin".
