What does everyone think of The Gathering?

Madder Mortem often falls into that category. I personally enjoy The Gathering much more, but Madder Mortem is decent.

Is this actually true or is this just a chick opinion? I've always dug "Liberty Bell" since I heard it on some comp back in 1999 or something, and everyone knows I'm gay for a lot of non-metal.
