What happened to pre-ordering Nightfall Overture?

Dan mentioned it, and I emailed him about it a while ago, and he's answered me about other things since then, but not that! Anyone else get a reply or something? Are we supposed to have paid for it already? I just don't want to end up not getting one! thanks for your help!

I havent heard from him yet either, but he metioned that he will take care of the orders as soon as they are home from the tour (read the post they posted in the tour-thread). I havent payed for anything yet, Im sure Dan will update us all on how this will be arranged as soon as hes back home.

I didnst get an answer too. I really dont hope my 2 mails went into Dans spam folder by an over enthusiastic spam filter As I wasnt able to come to ne of the shows I need at least this cd ....

patience. Dan has said in other topic that he will email an orderform to all the people who sent an email to him, so he will do sometime in the near future.
