I fail to see why it's gay to have a lot of mp3s. It's not like the people at the RC forum doesn't buy any music. Mp3s make me buy more music. My server has about 70 GB's of properly tagged "original releases" and the collection is growing.

yeah, i have about 6000 songs or so... and about 90% of them are legal, 5% are 1 song things (not worth buying an album) and the last 5% are things that are on the "wish list" of CDs.

Listening music from mp3s is gay. Total loss of the real thing, not proper judgment, constant flow of "never heard music" which destroys the feeling of discovery etc etc.

i have a shit ton of MP3's i dont' have on album, i'll admit it. Doesn't make me enjoy the music any less, and off course im trying to buy all the albums. Lots of oldschool speedmetal can be hard to find though ='(.

I have really nice headphones that I bought, because right now I'm renting a bedroom while I go to college. The people I live with DO NOT want to hear my music, and on top of that, i don't have enough room for my stereo.

I also don't have room for all my CDs, i have a few of my favourites.

I also have high quality speakers for my computer, but not in my tiny ass bedroom, as I use it as a media center PC and a jukebox when i'm at home.
