I cant for the fucking life of me remember what this cartoon was called...all I can remember is this...
A little girl and her dog I think got stranded on a strange planet that had 2 types of robots living on it. The good robots were all gold and stuff, and the bad robots were all black...except their leader who was white. They were squat little roundish robots and the white leader one answered to a higher power he referred to as "revered reverence" or similar. The higher power always reminded the leader that he was "the lowest of the low"
