The image of frank bello with the what looks like a stormtrooper design t shirt during the big 4 concert. Can anyone tell me where to buy that shirt from? thanks!

Pretty sure they don't want sued by George Lucas. Probably was for band members only.

I was thinking that t-shirt was for sonisphere festival. So you mean to say they're not selling that shirt?

I don't know if they're selling it - I doubt it as the band logo isn't prominently displayed so it would hardly be good marketing. I doubt they would get sued for using the shape of Darth Vader's face though. Can you copyright the shape of someone's face?

It's not someone's face, it's someone's helmet. And yes, you can trademark designs like that. And yes, you can get sued for using a famous person's likeness on merchandise without their permission too lol
