what is this?

i keep hearing these strange artifacts in most of my recordings, they only appear on the right channel.its kindof a pulsating fuzz.

could this be a phase issue or something. i'm pretty sure it's not the speakers, because i listened to it with my headphones as well and it's still there.

That's an odd noise. Doesn't sound like it has anything to do with phase issues. Maybe some kind of hardware or software problem? What's your setup?

The signal going into the PC is too hot. Turn the amp down or back the trim off on your Sounds card
