I went with the death metal recommendation.....

....NILE absolutely rules in this weather. Plus, I haven't listened to NILE in a while, and I have to say, they truly are phenomenal. Or at least, "Catacombs of Nephren-Ka" is even better than I remembered.

ONE OF THE BEST DEATH METAL ALBUMS EVER.

Cooler still is that some of these songs are only 2-3 minutes long, which is just the right length for the mayhem in a typical NILE song.

That one works as its about getting through a miserable day...as far as humid goes, I'd go with something dense and heavy, Oceanic sounds like the safest bet here...
