What Norse unit is better?

Geek games! I just got into the game Relic, learning about all sorts of "Norse" oh yeah Kill For God for those extreme sporters.

"Kill For God"

You want to die and kill for god

Where has the world gone, where is the warmth of the light?
What happened to living for the sake of life?
What kind of god tells you to die?
You ignorant slave – such a waste of life!

You want to die and kill for god

I should take this moment to thank you for helping the world to see
How religion is to blame for the end of humanity
Now you can go back to strapping the bomb to your chest
Maybe I’ll see you later when the time is right
To fall…into a sea of flesh

Kill For God

What happened to your mind?
Why must we all die?
The only way to be safe is to kill your god

Back to topic: I don't know their names (apart from Rollo) but I would take the guys who captured Normandy (and gave it a name). They seemed terribly efficient.

Wow, this thread is still going!? I totally forgot I posted this thread.

Since everyone is getting off-topic here and I don't feel like starting a new thread; is there anyone here looking forward to the videogame Rome: Total War that is supposed to be released Fall of 2004 (September probably)? I hate how historically inaccurate those Egyptian units look. They look like New Kingdom age units instead of the Ptoleimic greecian style units. Other than that the game looks like one of the best Strategy games ever made.

I pick hundreds and hundreds and thousands of suicide bomber lemmings

'Aaaw how cute, a lemming with nitroglycerine on it's back"

You realize Napoleon was not really French don't you? He was Italian, I thought everone knew this

He was a French Corsican. He was indeed French, but the mainlanders in France thought of French Corsicans as second class citizens and not true Frenchmen. Corsica was a French colony at the time.

I wouldn't even vote. The political situation is so fucked up here that I can't decide in which pile of shit I should step in.
I'd vote for some of these "fun"-parties, nothing serious 'cuz they won't
get the 5% barrier and theres no point for feeling guilty if a new government does the same shit like the others before.
Or I would throw a dart...:)

Haha ya, here in the USA you are either voting for Idiot#1 or Idiot#2, fundamentalist party#1 or fundamentalist party#2....but I do pay attention to tax bills and such since that does directly affect me, we pay enough taxes already, I don't want to pay more useless taxes that go to more corrupt politicians etc. Really though, where are the moderates? Politics have gone to every point of extremity, its nuts...and quite frankly scary. And sometimes you do not even know what you are going to get. Its like "hey lets see what is behind door #2? Did I win a prize? Oooo I won an increase in property taxes to pay for the war, yay!"
 Ok, enough about silly politics....moving on shall we?

How is that game Rome?

to be precise, he was indeed corsican. and his mother toung was corsican. He learned french later on. Corsican people are closer to italians racially then to french (or to southern french). and corsica became part of france at about the time of napoleon's birth so it was a close call. BUT, to still honour my country's greatness of the time, Napoleon didnt conquer europe by himself. and the french fought out all of europe and annexed belgium and stuff right after the 1789 revolution, so before Napoleon was really important.
the mentality of french soldiers was very warlike and nationalistic. modern knighthood. Watch the movie The Duelists (with Harvey Keitel). its awsome.

Pfffft..annexing belgium, now there's a feat... Is there a country in western-europe left that hasn't annexed us yet?

it is a feat considering it belonged to the austrian empire (i think) and we had to beat them, the english, the spanish, prussia and some of the german lands to get it.. all that after a civil war in our own country.
thou shall not diminish the greatness of any of these 20 years of glory.
