ok basically, i know how difficult it is for relatively small bands like Opeth to get a gig in a venue/festival of their choice (compared with bands like metallica, linkin park, slipknot e.c.t.) but if Opeth could headline a show & play to a full house at any venue/festival, which should that be & why?
mine would have to be either "the Astoria" in london england or the "reading festival" in england. the astoria because its prob the best intimit venue in britain were every one of the 1600 crowd feels the intense atmosphere no matter were they are, and the reading festival because its simply the biggest rock event in britain & its the place were bands can take a step forward into making a name for them selfs in the british music scene!
