ok basically, i know how difficult it is for relatively small bands like DT to get a gig in a venue/festival of their choice (compared with bands like metallica, linkin park, slipknot e.c.t.) but if DT could headline a show & play to a full house at any venue/festival, which should that be & why?
mine would have to be either "the Astoria" in london england or the "reading festival" in england. the astoria because its prob the best intimit venue in britain were every one of the 1600 crowd feels the intense atmosphere no matter were they are, and the reading festival because its simply the biggest rock event in britain & its the place were bands can take a step forward into making a name for them selfs in the british music scene!

Not counting arenas so I can see DT truly make it big...

Camden Underworld. Insane little venue, would make for one hell of a show. However, as DT can headline bigger venues than that in London (and therefore sensibly do), little hope for any forthcoming tour.

I'd like to see them at Rock City, since I'd probably not go to see them anywhere else due to lack of funding... :/

Ozzfest would be cool for them.

ok.
why don't you just put the link in your signature, with some catch-phrase like "click here and you will have multiple orgasms"? as long as you don't mention dt and come here to flaunt it, it doesn't have to be honest, you know? ;)

Slikpnot? What's up with them?

@morei: go to your "user cp" page (first link to the left at the top of each page you visit) and then to the "edit signature" page. you treat your signature like a normal post and you can add links in exactly the same way, so you know the drill already.
as for where i'd like to see dt, well, i let them choose: i can travel anywhere. :p

thanks for the details rahvin :grin: you can travel NEwhere :err: ....this might sound a bit stupid but are you like part of DT's managment crew or like really good mates with them? oh and Thanatos, last time i was at wembley the stadium was erm, how can say....a building site :loco: so that would definately be an interesting gig ;)

@morei: :lol:@ your new sig. ;)
and yes, i know some band members well, but it's not as if they would pay for my trips or anything... let's say i just give a lot of importance to spending some time with friends whenever i can. :)

@morei: the astoria is not that great IMO. i once did the very stupid thing of getting upstairs tickets for a show, and i was simply hating all the slam-dancing, stage-diving crowd below. if you're downstairs, it's bliss, but there's the big risk of getting the balcony. if it had to be london, i'd say the garage (if you want the intimate feeling) or that-club-of-which-the-name-escapes-me right across the street from the camden tube stop. underworld, possibly. and i know that i'm forgetting somewhere.

i think it's lovely. it's got a very large bar so you don't need to kill people to get a beer, the stage's high enough to protect the band but not too high, and the crowd is usually fine.
