Heh, I agree. I did that at first too, but nowdays a concert ticket isn't really as special anymore. It might be fun at first...but after 250+ shows trust me you won't care as much.![]()
i was supposed to go to that show myself... where about do you live?
anyway my first metal show was Slayer back in 98
Well considering where I live the 250+ shows isn't something to worry about...It might be fun at first...but after 250+ shows trust me you won't care as much.![]()

That's the problem with Maine. The thing that sucks for me was I wanted to go see Heaven and Hell when they were touring because they were going to play about 15-20 minutes away from where I used to live. Right when I found out they were gonna tour my parents told me we were moving to Maine.Yeah I know how you feel, nowadays, to be isolated from most metal tours, especially when a lot of bands seem to be playing Hartford as the eastern terminus of their tours, instead of Worcester/Boston. Most tours go through Montreal but driving there from here isn't as easy as you think, there's no direct highway route and it takes much longer than it appears.
And not having a car doesn't help either.
Besides the isolation of metal tours I love Maine. I just wish the people bought the house a few months later. There are worse things in life than moving here, my friend.
