What would be the ULTIMATE Power Metal or Metal in general if you took members of different bands and made one? As the best bassist best drummer etc. Here's mine:

Drums: Thomas Stauch of Blind Guardian

Bass: Magnus Rosen of Hammerfall

Rythmn Guitar: Jon Schaeffer of Iced Earth

Lead Guitar: Alex Laiho of Sinergy & C.O.B.

Keyboards: Steve Williams of Power Quest & Tuomas Holopainen of Nightwish

Lead vocals: Kai Hansen of Helloween, Gamma Ray, Avantasia & Tarja Turnen of Nightwish

Top it off with some of Therion's back-up choir vocals and to me this would be the ultimate metal gathering.

Even if I really like other musicians, too, I listed those because they actually played together one time, so I can say I've heard my dreamteam band in action!!!

I like your line up with Roy Khan on the vocals, Mike Romeo and Manni Schmidt on the guitars..I think that would work out excellent. Khan is one of my favorite singers..amazing voice..
