By the way, in my geology class the other day the professor mentioned Winter Park in regards to a large sinkhole there. Know anything about that?

"The Winter Park sinkhole, located west of Denning Drive and north of Fairbanks Avenue, nearly swallowed an entire City block-including automobiles and a house in 1981. The City has since stabilized the shore of the sinkhole and has added landscaping so that the area resembles a small lake."

I thought it looked that way too. So I did some research and figured it out, I think. Look at this:

Oh I see...the part where is eats into the road is all jagged and stuff...that explains it.

I wonder why the road broke off in that way...must be something to do with how it was paved.
