Being into the sleaze/glam scene, porn has always been a part of metal for me as most of the stuff I listen to and watch is all sex & sleaze driven!

It goes back a long time! Every seen Rhett Forrester's "Assume The Position" video clip? Motley Crue's "Girls Girls Girls", Scorpions' "Rhythm Of Love" with those FOXY chicks in the fluffy pink g-strings, etc.

There's a strip joint in Melbourne called Dallas Dancers that almost became a strip metal club! The idea was for it to be like The Cathouse but with strippers and podiums! It fell through but the club still plays Poison, Motley Crue, Bon Jovi, Warrant, Van Halen, Aerosmith, KISS, AC/DC, Alice Cooper, Def Leppard, even Stryper (!!!) through the PA half the time. Once they even played a CD with Sic Vikki, King Kobra, Bulletboys, Talisman, Vain, Shotgun Messiah, Danger Danger, Ratt, etc! And at 11pm every night they have an "all girls totally nude on stage together" Super-Strip to Girls Girls Girls!

So to me, sex/sleaze & metal has always kinda gone hand in hand!!

As far as my wife and the porn ? I have the internet and a fast connection, so I really don't have much of a need for DVDs or VHS porn. I have access to it at any time. My wife could care less if I look at it as long as I pay her plenty of attention.

Ha ha ha knowing your favorite sub-genre, I knew you would be involved in this post. The last time I went to a strip club, this awesome dancer (the best looking one there and the most talented at working the pole and stuff) was kicking ass onstage and after forking out bunches of bucks to her, I removed myself from "pervert's row" which means right up in front, because the other dancers couldn't compare. She did mostl of her work to industrial metal like that German band Rammstein. The rest of it was to thrashy stuff. I think she even played some old Pantera.
Anyway after her performance and going backstage to get semi-dressed, she comes over to my table, and sits down next to me. She says "your name is Bryant isn't it ?" I then recognized her from years past and she always was a metal-head. I was with a couple of buddies, so I felt like I was king of the world at that time because that fine ass stripper came over there talking to me. She even bought me to beers. It usually works the other way around
Anyway to get back on topic, the metal music (though far from sleaze rock style) worked very well with her routine and dance style. It was a pretty kick ass combination. My blood pressure drops every time I hear Rammstein now just thinking about it if you catch my drift.

This topic reminds me of the Motley Crue show that I went to in 1999 (I think)... It was the first show of the tour & the Crue had these topless strippers out on stage the whole show... they were licking whipped cream off each others tits & stuff, pretty wild for a concert at a big venue. There was a guy in the row in front of me who brought his pre-teen kid to the show... he made his kid turn around backwards, looking away from the stage (& the chicks) the whole show! I remember there was a big uproar about it on the news the next day & there were all these "decency" commentaries. I think the Crue had to tame down the act a bit for the rest of the tour.

Intersting case of double morality for me.

I lived in Reno, NV. Nevada allows prostitution as legal in certain counties near Washoe (where Reno) is, but in Reno only topless is allowed in strip joints.
You cannot find porn magazines in most magazines stands or the airport (same as in MIA), but you can in liquor stores.

In Japan supposedly you cannot show pubic hair, so I wonder how much those girls stripped down in the concert. On the other hand anime and manga shows little girls being raped by alien entitities full of tentacles as casual as Bambi (sort of).

Here prostitution is legal (pimping is not), you can buy porn magazines in most magazines stands, and strip joints go all the way. But you cannot go topless in public beaches.
