When can we upload songs from ATWB?

Or will we ever be able to upload lyric and fan made videos from the latest album to YouTube?

Officially, I don't think it's ever allowed. It's really a question of when they stop bothering to take them down. Or when they decide it's in their best business interest to let them stay up. Or maybe never.

I think fan made videos are some of the best forms of free creative advertising unless it is just truly horrid no-talent type stuff people come up with like this guy dancing around through an entire song: :danceboy:

I think UltRecs said videos with lyrics translated into other languages can stay up because they're able to attract people who would otherwise never learn of the band (not speaking English....this is mostly the case with Spanish/Portuguese videos).

I don't know, man....shoot them a PM and see what are your options.
