When will the first bands be announced?

At this time last year we alreadu had a few bands announced

We had our first meetings already in november, and a selection of interesting bands we discovered is made. Right now we will enjoy some Christmas holidays, we pick up all business early January.

First bands will be announced 1 February, official ticket sales starts the same day!

So you have to be patient for a few more weeks, but we will not disappoint you!

René, how will Prog Power deal with the VAT (BTW) raise on concert tickets?

Because we only organize this small event, we do not have to pay taxes to the Dutch government. So ticket price will not raise for 2011. Of course the situation can change every year, but for next year tickets will be the same prices as this year.

We had a meeting last week, the first bands will be booked soon and officially announced on Sunday February 13. We just need a bit more time to announce as many bands as possible at once.

It's not entirely clear:

"Sunday February 13 will be the last day you can vote for the line-up. In the week of February 14 we will announce the first bands, right now we are negotiating details with a couple of bands."

From this quote, you can deduct that bands will be announced on the 14th, but also that they may be announced a couple of days later...

Either way, René knows we'll show up anyways. Regardless of when he announces the bands hell, if he announced them two days ahead of time, we'd still be there!

5 bands are booked, we are talking to a few more already. On Wednesday we will announce the first 3 bands (opening bands on each day), in the weekend we announce the other bands that are booked right now.

True, but that were unfair to the people from further away, they wouldn't have a chance to choose the best t-shirts to bring along.
