Yeah, exceptions do exist (and prove the point). I found three more legit Region 0 DVDs from my own collection, so that's about 1% of the DVDs I've bought in the past five years or so. In case you happen to have a significantly higher amount of them in your collection, let me know, and I might change my opinion.
I'll check all the live DVDs I have (should be around 30 units), but I bought all of them locally. I'm assuming NB mailorder DVDs will be Region 0, BUT will be PAL.
BTW, there's software (from Nero creators?) that unlocks DVDs from other regions, but I never had such a problem.
I've never played a DVD on my new laptop, but when I played them on my desktop I hated the bloody thing that says: "You can only change the region code 05 times". I hate it!!! Is there some way to change this Plintus?
