Where is the best site to watch/download metal videos?

I just got this new computer, and I want to watch and/or download good metal videos. I only know launch.com, but that forces me to see Brittany Spears and others.

Help me if you can.

Yes, definitely thanks for the sites, but also, any of you know where I can pick up some Tool videos? I wasn't a Tool fan when any of them were on the television alot. So I would like to download some. Any sites?
