Where is the t-shirt pre-order location???

I saw that pre-orders are being accepted until August 1, but I can't find any other info.
I want to pre-order 2 shirts but don't know where to do it. Help!!!!

Pre-shirt orders are only for VIP and Gold Badge holders. Multiple emails have been sent out to those people with instructions.
