I've been absent alot lately the last couple of weeks, but I've still noticed a lack of posting by UMOS stalwart Wyvern. He hasn't posted anywhere on UM for two weeks.

Ditto !! I have been worried as well. I was only going to give him one more day before posting. I was curious if he got his pre-party ticket.

Need info urgent nevertheless.

• What is "will call" I only can buy tickets to PPVII by that method.
• Feel uneasy not to have the tickets with me beforehand
• TM will cost me $120 (with all extras they charge) for the best available.
• Seems all ticket same cost regardless of venue section

Will change info tomorrow and purchase if everything is clear

Will call means that you pick the tickets up at the venue. It should not be a problem for you but I would definitely bring a receipt along. There are no "best available" seats since it's a general admission show. In other words, all seats are first come, first served. Don't worry about that at all.

Good to see everything is at least OK with you. Hopefully we'll be seeing more of you soon.

Wyvern, when I went to see Jethro Tull in England I had to buy my tickets from America. They were "will call," as well, and I had no trouble. Things work smooth, generally speaking, here in America with venues and whatnot. I'd expect no trouble if you buy your tickets this way.

Will Call is pretty much the way of the world now, although I don't like it any more than you do. Nothing like the comfort of holding your tickets IN YOUR HAND. Just make sure you take note of what is required to pick up your tickets at the venue. May be receipt, confirmation #, and/or picture identification.

Venues in CA ask for you to bring the credit card as well as your I.D. You might want to bring that too.... Can't wait to give you a big kittybeast hug Wyv!!!

Anyway, still walking and going to purchase the ticket today then.

For a casual poster, no. But Wyvern is pretty much a daily staple and if he's going to be missing in action for extended period of time, he usually tells us in advance (like when his computer crashes). This time he just dropped off with no warning, which had me a little worried. Two weeks of complete silence is abnormal for Wyvern!

OK it's official I just purchased the PPVII ticket (will call only option for Int'l attendants).

Now it's a matter of the airplane ticket and go(ne)with the wind to Atlanta
