Which 80's hairband are you?

Personally with Faster Pussycat, it pretty much starts and finishes with their debut for me, not a fan of Wake Me When Its Over. However I don't have Whipped, so maybe I'll like that one as well. Their first album though is definitely one the best "get in the mood to go out & get trashed" albums around. It pretty much defines what LA glam is all about - sleazy, trashy, dirty, raw, party rock & roll, totally uninterrupted by anything else from start to finish. Love it! That album just smells like Sunset Strip!

And who can possibly not like Fastway's Trick Or Treat soundtrack? :headbang:

"Hang Tough" is freakin' awesome :headbang:
Most of the rest of "The Great Radio Controversy" is great :headbang:
"Modern Day Cowboy" is pretty cool :headbang:

Is that good enough?

I chose RATT and they didn't even get in my top 9!
Same Here !!!.

'cept I got Bon Jovi

(then europe, whitesnake, def leppard, twisted sister, quiet riot, warrant, motley crue, and poison).

Wasn't too fussed on Poison at the time.

Fastway and WASP and Faster Pussycat were the best 3 bands of the 80's.
Some bastard stole my fastway tapes from the Camira....was very happy with Fastway.

As to WASP, when I was at UNSW, I had a stereo in my room, going most of the time.

A sweet innocent country girl moved in at the end of the corridor, and kept hearing the metal beat coming from my room, so she asked to borrow some music. So I loaned her some stuff, including "Live in the Raw".

A few Day's later, she's in the communal showers, singing "Harder Faster".

Winmar, you MUST buy the self titles Whitesnake album (its sometimes called 1987 but I dont recall that being on the cover)... ITS FREAKING AWESOME! :worship:

I think in America & Australia it was called "1987" and in Europe it was called "Whitesnake". Or maybe in Europe and Australia its called "1987" and in America its called "Whitesnake". Goes under both titles anyway but I think the Australian release is "1987". It says it on the spine but not the actual cover.

Oh and Slip Of The Tongue is just as good too :headbang: The guitars don't sound as heavy but the songs are just as good... especially Now You're Gone, Fool For Your Lovin', The Deeper The Love, Slip Of The Tongue, Sailing Ships, Cheap An' Nasty, etc!
